- The Power Of Now by Eckert Tolle – this book is a must read. Often times we can ge caught up in all the things that we didn’t get done or the list of failures in our lives. What if you could find joy in the mist of what you are going through right now? This book is one of the resources that helped me rekindle that joy inside of me.
- The Mastery of Love by Don Miguel Ruiz. I can’t believe I didn’t hear about this book sooner. I purchased it because it was cheaper to purchase the 3 book set. This book sat on my bookshelf, for almost 2 years before I decided to read it. This book is definitely needed for healing your heart and restoring that heart chakra.
- Meditation. This resources is priceless. There are so many books, blogs, podcast episodes, youtube videos, etc that I have gleaned from. While living in Kigali Rwanda I decided to read, Stress Less Accomplish More by Emily Fletcher…. It’s a great read for business people who want to learn how to meditate, and how to make it a lifestyle.
