Meal planning is no different than planning your appointments or organizing activities. It is one of the most important things on your to do list. Want to eat healthier, plan for it!
This should be a priority, planning ensures that you are putting your best effort into finding meals that make your child feel happy! In addition, you want them to keep feeling ‘healthy’.
Please, this is so important. Once you have set a budget, planned your meals, and have gone shopping, you need to make sure you Eat What You Purchase.
Always leave room in your budget to go out to eat every now and then, but for the most part, eat the food that you have purchased. You want to make the most of your meal planning experience.
