SMART goal below

Specific: Pearl will research local barre classes within the next week and select a studio that offers convenient class times and fits her budget.

Measurable: Pearlo will commit to attending one barre class per week for the next month, aiming for a total of 4 classes by the end of the month. She will track her attendance in a calendar or journal to monitor her progress.

Achievable: Pearl will prioritize her time to make this class a regular part of her fitness routine. She will also budget for the classes and any necessary equipment, ensuring they fit within her financial means.

Relevant: This goal aligns with Pearl’s desire to improve her fitness level and explore a new workout routine. Per research, Barre classes offer a fun and effective way to strengthen and tone muscles while improving flexibility and posture, supporting her overall health and well-being.

Time-bound: Pearl commits to achieving this goal within the next month, aiming to establish a consistent barre practice routine by attending classes regularly. This timeline provides her with a clear deadline to work towards and ensures timely progress toward her fitness objectives.

Pearl should make sure she has someone to hold her accountable between classes. This will make it more likely for her to complete this goal and reach her overall objective of improving her health and well-being.
