Achievable: Michelle will spend 30 minutes each week exploring new music and adding tracks to her workout playlist, gradually building a collection of motivating songs that resonate with her.

Relevant: Music has been shown to enhance exercise performance, boost motivation, and elevate mood during workouts. Michelle’s goal of selecting the right music aligns perfectly with her desire to stay motivated and energized during her fitness routines.

Time-bound: Michelle commits to completing her workout playlist within the next month, ensuring that she has a diverse selection of motivating songs ready to accompany her during her workouts.
