Things to Remember and Take Notice Of

  • Focus on some form of movement
  • Incorporate mindful eating – Are you eating things that love you back?
  • Identify “stressors” in your life – how can you be more mindful of what and who you allow into your life?
  • Rest and recovery should be normal – do it before your body “makes you”
  • Are your finances lining up with your goals or is it creating the “lack” in your life?
