Hey there! So, here’s your challenge for the week:

Now, let’s get into the exercise/movement focus (keep in mind to always consult your physician and make sure you have clearance for different exercises/movements – and always do your own research, we are sharing these for educational purposes only:

Exercise 1: Deep Breathing Squats Combine the power of breath with a classic squat. Inhale deeply as you lower into your squat, exhale on the way up. This not only strengthens your lower body but also brings a sense of calmness.

Exercise 2: Walking Meditation Take your mindfulness outdoors. As you walk, focus on each step, your breath, and the sensations around you. It’s a refreshing way to stay active while clearing the mind.

Exercise 3: Plank with Purpose Transform your regular plank into a mindful moment. Engage your core, breathe intentionally, and visualize strength flowing through you. It’s a full-body workout with a mental boost.
