Measurable: KittyL will track her progress by noting the date of her jump rope purchase and the date she officially joins the fitness group. She will also keep a record of her participation in group sessions, aiming to attend at least two sessions per week.

Achievable: KittyL will allocate time to research and budget for the jump rope, ensuring it meets her fitness needs while fitting within her financial means. She will also explore local fitness groups and select one that aligns with her schedule and preferences.

Relevant: This goal aligns with KittyL’s desire to begin her fitness journey with an accessible and enjoyable activity. By purchasing a jump rope and joining a group, she sets herself up with the necessary tools and support system to start her journey effectively.

Time-bound: KittyL commits to achieving this goal within the next month, aiming to have her jump rope purchased and be actively participating in group sessions by the end of the month. This timeline provides her with a clear deadline to work towards and ensures timely progress toward her fitness objectives.
