  4. Time Management: Prioritizing your tasks and delegating responsibilities can help reduce stress and increase your efficiency. Consider using a planner or to-do list to help you stay organized and on track.

  5. Cognitive Restructuring: This technique involves challenging negative thoughts and replacing them with more positive and realistic ones. This can help improve your mood and reduce anxiety.
