SMART Goal for Tommy:

Specific: Tommy will follow a post-surgery exercise routine recommended by his physical therapist and stay motivated by sharing his progress with his friends and on social media.

Measurable: Tommy will keep a daily log of his exercises and post weekly video updates on social media to track his progress and receive encouragement.

Achievable: Tommy will start with low-impact exercises as advised by his therapist, gradually increasing intensity as he heals. He will also engage his friends to check in on him regularly.

Relevant: These exercises and social interactions will directly support Tommy’s recovery, helping him regain strength and maintain motivation.

Time-bound: Tommy will commit to following his exercise routine daily for the next three months, with weekly social media posts and check-ins from his friends to stay accountable.

Always do your own research.

Please note: He may or may not use this proposed plan. If it’s something that resonates with you, please use it:).
