SMART Goal for Mary Jo:

Specific: Mary Jo will start with a goal of doing push-ups three times a week.

Measurable: Mary Jo will aim to complete three sets of 5 push-ups in each session.

Achievable: Mary Jo will begin by performing push-ups from her knees to build strength gradually, gradually increasing repetitions and difficulty as she progresses.

Relevant: Strength training, such as push-ups, is a foundational component of overall fitness, helping to build muscle, improve bone density, and enhance metabolism.

Time-bound: Mary Jo commits to completing this goal for the next month, aiming to increase her strength and stamina over time.

Accountability is important because it helps us stay committed to our goals by providing support, motivation, and a sense of responsibility to ourselves and others.
