Measurable: Mary Jo will aim to complete three sets of 5 push-ups in each session.

Achievable: Mary Jo will begin by performing push-ups from her knees to build strength gradually, gradually increasing repetitions and difficulty as she progresses.

Relevant: Strength training, such as push-ups, is a foundational component of overall fitness, helping to build muscle, improve bone density, and enhance metabolism.

Time-bound: Mary Jo commits to completing this goal for the next month, aiming to increase her strength and stamina over time.
