  1. Specific: Simone will spend one week tracking her daily schedule to identify time slots that are most conducive to fitting in her workouts.

Action Item: Simone will create a simple daily schedule template to track her activities, including work, family commitments, and leisure time. She will note any potential gaps or opportunities for exercise throughout the day.

Accountability Element: Simone will share her schedule tracking results with a trusted friend or family member at the end of the week. This accountability partner will provide support and encouragement as Simone evaluates her schedule and commits to making exercise a priority. Continued support? Simone and her accountability partner will schedule regular check-ins to review her progress and adjust her workout schedule as needed.

By incorporating an accountability element into her SMART goal, Simone will have added support and motivation to follow through on her commitment to prioritize exercise and achieve her fitness goals.
